| The Zero WB Filter can create a more natural compensation setting which can be more accurate in many
circumstances than the Auto White Balance provided by the camera itelf. After a Custom White Balance is set,
the camera will distribute the red, green and blue colour levels in any image that a user has take to set the
correct colour balance. You can then continue photographing with the same custom setting to achieve
consistent results for the duration of a shoot (under the same source and position of light).
Without a custom setting even slight changes in image framing can fool the normal
Auto White Balance abilities of most digital cameras and the Zero WB filter helps avoid this. |
